ReSource employees worked on leak detection for hot water pipes in Akureyri and Olafsfjordur.

Drones equipped with thermal cameras were flown over the heating supply with a specialized thermal camera in search for heat loss. Thermal images were taken, which are used to look for possible leaks and damage to the heating supply in the area. Last winter there was a lack of hot water in many places, so it is important to prevent the loss of hot water due to damage or poor insulation of the pipes.
